I’ve used this floss for years, and suddenly Wal-Mart doesn’t carry it anymore. I’ve been trying to substitute Glide floss, but it’s so slippery I can’t keep it wrapped around my fingers, it cuts into my skin, and it doesn’t feel as if it removes anything from between my teeth, so here I am at Amazon.com, what would I do without you? Oral B Ultra Floss is easy to use, and I can feel it cleaning. Please don’t stop making it!

I generally find Oral B products to be excellent. For example, their Satin Floss does a good job and holds up well. I have had a much different experience with this Ultra Floss, though. If you want a floss that shreds easily and then breaks, this is the one to get. I can generally get half or more of my flossing done and then the Ultra starts to shred, eventually often breaking. While it’s whole, it works pretty well, but I will use up the one I have and then return to the Satin floss.

I believe this fluffy floss is more useful than regular ones, since it gets narrow where needed and expands when there is more space between teeth.
Early reviewers stated they got just a single item instead of 6-pack. I believe it was fixed since didn’t have such a problem. I’ve got my huge 6-pack for 20 bucks and gonna be satisfied for at least a year now. This lot is quite a find – I’ve never seen 55-yard Ultra Floss in shops and even 27-yard one can be unavailable for weeks.

Best floss I’ve ever used, but not the cheapest. I think better than Glide and various other flosses. Like other reviewers, I can’t find the large size so I ordered it from Amazon around August 2005 but only got a *single* unit and not the *six* that was advertised. I didn’t look at the reviews from at least as far back as January 2004 that said other customers also had this problem
. Amazon eventually fixed it, but there was the hassle factor involved. I am trying it again after reading a recent review that Amazon has fixed this problem.
