A useless wast of money. Item does not work. You would be better off going to an athletic supply and buying an athletic mouthpiece, for what good it might do.

This product caused a terrible nights sleep. Do not attempt to use this product if you have an overbite. If you do, it is impossible to be comfortable with this product in your mouth. Your jaw is over extended, no matter how young or old you are. This should be listed in the product information. Secondly, if you sensitive to plastics of any kind or you experience allergic reactions, you need to be very careful. I am prone to many allergies. I am fairly certain the plastic caused a reaction that took me three days to “pass” through my system. I haven’t take allergy medication of any kind for over 25 years after being inundated from doctors with it, and I control reactions through avoiding over exposure as much as possible. Should I be exposed, I’ve learned to live with it and take it easy, plenty of liquids, etc., until is is phased out. I was literally doubled over the next day with stomach cramps. Nothing had changed in my routine except the mouth piece. This is just my experience but I would take notice should you be a person prone to allergic reactions.

This product is misleading in it’s advertising. The product is marketed as a sleep apnea cessation aid,however in the list of warnings and people who can and can’t use this product it is clearly stated there than if one has been diagnosed with sleep apnea than one cannot use the product. The product is misleading and a waste of money for those that have serious sleep conditions. Also the product can not be used by people who have tmj or other jaw issues.I believe the product may work for those whose snoring is simply that, however it is marketed as a sleep apnea cessation aid and it certainly is not what it claims to be.

This product arrived in great shape and seems like it would work well but it doesn’t fit in my small mouth.

this is very uncomfortable and the little hole where the air goes through is way to small for good breathing. Its like sucking air through a straw. i could cut the hole bigger but besides that the whole mouth peice just doesnt feel right and doesnt mold very good even after you do the hot water and bite procedure and put it in cold water.
