These are the very best nursing pads, in my opinion. I have tried all the leading brands out there and none have been as comfortable and as absorbant as Lansinoh. I feel confident and comfortable when I am wearing these and have not had any accidental leaks with them so far (4 months of nursing twins). The other brands are too small, or too thick, or just do not stay in place. Even Gerber- which resemble Lansinoh’s design- were not as good, and a bit itchy. I had leaks with the Gerber heavy flows!

If you really want to feel secure and comfortable, I suggest the Lansinoh brand. Whatever you choose, I feel it is wonderful that you are nursing your baby (or babies) and congratulations on your new addition(s)!

These are very good but they are also cheaper at WalMart. And you get the same count. Just trying to save some of you new moms money.

I have used Curity, Gerber, Evenflo (2 kinds), washables, and these. Of them all these were the best at holding milk when I am out. But they definitely did not help during the night. During the first week or two, I didn’t have much problem, even with my 3 month old daughter sleeping through the night (7-8 hours). But, after that, I kept waking up to wet sheets with them even being in place. At this point, I have to change them 2 or 3 times a night because I wake up soaked. Since I haven’t found a breast pad as good for day outings, I guess I will suffer the night with these and some towels.

Good because they stay in place and hold a lot of fluid. However, I find them to be a bit LOUD! They make a lot of crunchy plastic noises, which I don’t find too discrete. I only wear them at night.
