Its been a month after i recieved a damaged product from Netrush I was in contact via email the said they would be sending another replacement. That was almost three weeks ago. Im shocked that Amazon would allow a company to do this. So now they have my money and the product. I feel as if I was robbed! Ive been sending emails to the seller along with amazon with NO response.! NEtrush is the one conpany you dont want to be dealing with unless you have alot of money and dont care what kind of conditon your product shows up in if at all. But they’ll write something back to this review claiming “OOOOOOO poor us! its not are fault” and blaim it on UPS and me for this whole delema. I didnt by the product from ups i bought it from them and ultimatly that was my first and biggest mistake. THe only phone call I got back from them was them telling me ” Please remove your review from amazon”! and we’ll send the replacement product! UUMMMMM! Still waiting!
