I’ve two ruptured disks, bulged disks, etc, it looked like I could make good use of this item. I went to my chiropractor and he told me NO, that this would only hurt my back even more, so if I were you I would consult with a physician first, but my personal opinion is don’t buy it.

the price of this product was great, however there are no directions of use from gradual to increasing or how long one should stretch initially or increase. I WOULD ASK YOU CHIROPRACTOR BEFORE BUYING A PRODUCT LIKE THIS.

Okay, but not what I had expected. I was hoping to be able to relieve lower back pain. Maybe I just need to go to a chiropractor cause this didn’t do it.
