This shake tastes HORRIBLE! The chocolate flavor has a very strong Iron taste. I tried mixing with water and milk but I still had to choke it down.

I’ve tried most of the Myoplex protein powder products (lite, low carb, original) and this one keeps me fuller for a longer period of time. However I think I prefer the original, it doesn’t clump up in my blender bottle and tastes a little better. It is a good product however.

This product taste best when ice cold. Mix half and half water and milk. Ive been taking this for 2 months and dropped 20.lbs of fat. I eat this in place of lunch. I’ve never felt better. Mixes best in a blender. I usually add apple slice or banana with ice cubes. When i’m not home I use a mixer cup. Have to mix it in small increments due to the thickness.

this is an awesome taste protein in every flavor,and like the other proteins the same results to me,but this is a protein with carbs,not good to cut!!
