I got better results by taking Vitamin A supplements and drinking more water – 8 glasses a day.

I bought these for my wife since we are trying to get pregnant. She is allergic to something in the pills and breaks out in an itchy rash all over. She has stopped taking them and the rash is gone. I continue to take FirtilAid for Men and the doctor has noticed an increase in my count. I’ll keep taking them.
