When the product arrived it had leaked out of the container. I did not open the package in which it arrived out of concern that there could be suspicions that I had used a portion of the product. The instructions for returning the product were confusing and it took a while to do the return. It was picked up and I did get a credit for the purchase. I never did find out what caused the leakage. The rating of the product is invalid because I never actually used it. This review could not be submitted without a rating, so I just chose one.

The product is great, however, it doesn’t go very far. My biggest disappointment was in the shipping. One of the bottles was leaking and I lost a considerable amount of the product. I sent an e-mail to Amazon and received no response. Not very good customer service.

Ordered 2 from 2 different vendors… both times bottles leaked out that had to file claims. Second time FedEx file the claim themselves before even making delivery. Bottles do not have any kid of seal other than screw on cap that’s not very tight. Apparently when delivered from sea level to Colorado in the summer the bottles do arrive looking like balloons. I got my stock on the to hold me off until target pickup the platinum collection fluid…
As far as fluid works great, better than rug doctor that I used previously.

Used it on high traffic areas and it did the job. There were some spots I went over a second time following the directions. Then I made a stronger solution for the second reservoir fill-up, which the directions also suggested. The stronger solution worked better on the remaining high traffic areas.
