I have used Biofreeze for years. When I have a strain on a joint or muscle, it works wonders. I was introduced to this product by a physical therapist when I experienced a plantar foot conditon.

if you need temporary relief while traveling, pack a few of these in your carry on. since they are less than an ounce, you can get past airport security check point without any problem.
most pain gels are in a size larger than 3 oz. and you will lose it to the TSA.
