I have tried many nursing pads. These are by far the most comfortable and I never once leaked through my shirt while wearing them. They are a little more pricey than most but I would much rather pay a few extra dollars and save myself the embarrassment of leaking through my shirt in public.

I love these pads, I am definitely a "leaker" and use these more than anything. They have a bigger circumference than most, therefor viewing from the outside it doesn't seem like you have breast pads in, they are also thinner and absorb more. I like most moms, have tried about 4 different pads, and this (by far) is the best!

I don't find it scratchy like another comment said. In fact they are very comforting, and I find myself looking to see if I forgot to put them on.

As tedious as the breastfeeding process is, its nice to have products like this! I absolutely love these pads!

I nursed all 3 of my kids (still nursing #3), and learned quickly with my first that sometimes lactating breasts leak at the least expected (and of course most inopportune) times. With my first especially, and especially early after my milk came in, sometimes I would leak a TON, but the Lansinoh pads NEVER leaked. Sometimes I would take them off and be surprised at how heavy they were because they had absorbed so much! I have tried some other brands, with varying levels of success, but the Lansinoh consistently kept the milk from leaking and stayed in place. The other ones I tried did not have something to stick to the bra, which caused issues with them moving out of position, obviously making whatever absorbency they did have moot. And I also like that they are individually wrapped, which keeps them clean until you're ready to use them, even if you want to throw them in the diaper bag or whatever.

These are the best pads that I've tried by far. In the beginning I tried several brands that were cheaper, but all were scratchy & leaked easily. They're comfy and absorbent. Plus, with the subscribe and save option, they're the best deal out there and you don't have to worry about running out.

Just wanted to warn everyone that Amazon ships three boxes not four as I found out. The return is a hassle because they ask you to return the three boxes instead of having a way of just mailing you the extra box that wasnt included in the shipment. I believe it could be less expensive to buy three boxes somewhere else, than to pay for four boxes here and only get three.
